How updating works

Weekly refresh. Click Update data (or drag the workbook anywhere onto this page) and pick the latest ROW Tracker.xlsx. The file is read in your browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere. A validation report appears first; you choose whether to load.

What comes from the Excel. RoW status and sub-issue, foundation / erection state, ageing, notice and meeting dates, remarks, crossings, and the statutory approval pipeline.

What stays fixed. Survey geometry — chainage, coordinates, tower type, deviation angle — is held as a baseline and is not overwritten, because it rarely changes and the tracker only carries it for some locations. New location numbers not in the baseline are placed by interpolation and flagged.

Sheet requirements. A sheet named Location Wise Details containing a header row with Tower Location No., plus columns Category, Village, EPC, Route Options, ROW Status, ROW sub-issue. Rows with Category = Tower and Route Options = RC form the corridor. A Statutory sheet refreshes crossings. Renaming a tab or a header is the one thing that will break it.

Manual edits. Edit mode lets you change status on any location and bulk-update selected rows. Edits live in this browser session only — they are never written back to your Excel automatically. Use Export Excel to produce a workbook (with a full audit sheet) to merge into the master tracker.
